- Your consent — where the law requires it; you can withdraw your consent at any time
- To comply with a legal obligation
Retention Of Data
We keep your Personal Data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. When you delete your account, we delete your account data from our systems. Some data may remain in backups and with our service providers for some time, and we may keep some data where we must do so to comply with the law, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Security Of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Service Providers
We use trusted third-party providers to help us run the Service, for example for analytics, error reporting, subscription management and email delivery. They process data on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.
Videos are provided by YouTube; see the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Links To Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Children's Privacy
The Service is made for families. A parent or guardian sets it up and manages it; children watch videos within the limits the parent sets. We do not ask children for personal information and do not let them contact other users.
A parent may add a child profile with basic information, such as a name or nickname and age. We use it, together with the child's viewing history, to choose suitable videos and to send the parent viewing reports.
A parent can view, change or delete a child profile at any time in the parent settings of the app, or by writing to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without a parent's consent, we will delete it.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the "effective date" at the top of it.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
